Meet Kyla
A little information about me, your Sales Director and coach:
Kyla Dodson, Future National Sales Director
Kyla and her husband, John, live in Uvalde, Texas with their handsome 8-year old son Reece, and precious Rylee Kathryn who is 5. She began her Mary Kay career in August 2000 with the vision to become a National Sales Director. First month earned a power start, went on target for car and into DIQ. She earned her first career car in just 3 months and debuted as a sales director December of 2000.
Kyla has been a star consultant 23 quarters and has been honored on the NATIONAL QUEEN’S COURT OF SALES earning a diamond and topaz ring, and in the top ten on the NATIONAL QUEEN’S COURT OF RECRUITING twice and was runner up her first year earning a 4 ct.

The Shining Stars Unit is currently 200 consultants strong and its name is based on the scripture Matt 5:16 “Let your light shine before men so they may see your good deeds and praise your Father in Heaven,” and this blessed unit has been in the $350,000 Circle of Achievement, the $400,000 Circle of Achievement and this past year reached the $650,000 Circle of Excellence!! WE WILL DO MILLION THIS YEAR!!
Mary Kay awarded Kyla and John with an all expense paid trip to Maui, Hawaii and on a Greek Island Cruise! In addition, Kyla earned a 3.5 carat diamond ring and a platinum and diamond watch to include in her collection of jewelry earned from Mary Kay!
Kyla currently drives her 5th career car, which is her THIRD pink Cadillac, as she proudly represents her team’s accomplishments driving this trophy on wheels!
The most rewarding aspect in Mary Kay is sharing Christ’s love through servicing customers with products and a career opportunity that can build each individual’s dreams and purpose!
